Founded in 2020 by hockey enthusiast, coach, player and nutritionist, Bryan Gent, Hockey Nutrition was born out of a passion for the game and a desire to empower youth athletes with the knowledge to maximize their potential.

Born and raised in Milton, Ontario, Bryan's passion for hockey has always been a huge part of his life. Bryan now enjoys coaching his two children, his career as a Firefighter, and advising and empowering youth hockey players to achieve their goals.
